"The International Baccalaureate aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect. To this end the organization works with schools, governments and international organizations to develop challenging programmes of international education and rigorous assessment. These programmes encourage students across the world to become active, compassionate and lifelong learners who understand that other people, with their differences, can also be right."

Fun, Fun Day!

Today we began the day with morning circle time and healthy snacks.
In Language Arts students wrote in their journals. They were encouraged to complete the following sentence: "Christmas is____________."
That's what Alyssa and Jacob did...
"Christmas is happy."                      "Christmas is fun."

In Math we practiced graphing. Students were encouraged to count how many of each Christmas picture and put in a form of bar graph.
In our UOI we painted Christmas Tree and also cut out shapes to glue on a Christmas Tree.

Students participated in centers, Gym, Drama and French classes and we watched 10min. of the movie Rudolph.
Have a blessed weekend everyone!
