"The International Baccalaureate aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect. To this end the organization works with schools, governments and international organizations to develop challenging programmes of international education and rigorous assessment. These programmes encourage students across the world to become active, compassionate and lifelong learners who understand that other people, with their differences, can also be right."

Happy Wednesday!

Nice to start the day with Anthony's enthusiasm!
He is hired to be the official St. Jude's Story Teller! :)

Today we began the day with morning circle time and healthy snacks. Students then attended French and Drama classes.
In Language Arts, students completed a page where they had to look at the picture in each row and circle the correct beginning blend. They also practiced reading the blends sa, se, si.
In Math, students practiced patterning, by coloring Christmas lights.
In our UOI we reviewed the story The Polar Express and students cut out cards to build a story sequence.
To finish off the day students attended Gym and participated in centers.
Have a great evening everyone!
This is Nathan, enjoying his cupcake from the bake sale. Bake sale will run until next Wed.
