"The International Baccalaureate aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect. To this end the organization works with schools, governments and international organizations to develop challenging programmes of international education and rigorous assessment. These programmes encourage students across the world to become active, compassionate and lifelong learners who understand that other people, with their differences, can also be right."

Happy Monday!

Today we began the day with morning circle time, healthy snacks and French class.
In Language Arts we focused on reading short words and differentiating long and short vowel. Students completed a couple of worksheets.
In Math, students practiced their numeracy skills by counting and circling the correct number.
In our UOI we are learning about bugs this week. We went on a nature walk to look for bugs. We did find a couple of bugs. :)
When we came back we drew the bugs.
To finish off the day we had Gym and story time.
