It feels like summer!
Today we began the day with morning circle time, healthy snacks and French class .
In Language Arts we practiced copying sentences. It is important that students going to SK next year use the following when writing a sentence: start a sentence with upper case, finger space between words, write words phonetically and end mark.
In Math we worked on adding numbers 1-20.
In our UOI we made animals using clay.
Students participated in centers and story time.
Tomorrow is casual day!
Have a great evening everyone!
"The International Baccalaureate aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect. To this end the organization works with schools, governments and international organizations to develop challenging programmes of international education and rigorous assessment. These programmes encourage students across the world to become active, compassionate and lifelong learners who understand that other people, with their differences, can also be right."
