"The International Baccalaureate aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect. To this end the organization works with schools, governments and international organizations to develop challenging programmes of international education and rigorous assessment. These programmes encourage students across the world to become active, compassionate and lifelong learners who understand that other people, with their differences, can also be right."

Happy Friday!

Today we began the day with a house game in the Gym.
We came to our classroom, had snacks and morning circle time.
In Language Arts students completed their journals, today the topic was "My favorite video game".
Next we did an activity dealing with sequence. Students were instructed to cut the pictures and put them in order.
In the afternoon we did our science experiment: fireworks. We mixed oil, food coloring and warm water. It looked like fireworks in a jar!
Students also participated in centers and Gym class.
Have a great weekend and come with your craziest hair ever on Monday!
