"The International Baccalaureate aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect. To this end the organization works with schools, governments and international organizations to develop challenging programmes of international education and rigorous assessment. These programmes encourage students across the world to become active, compassionate and lifelong learners who understand that other people, with their differences, can also be right."

Happy Tuesday

Today we start off the day with morning circle time, snacks and French class.
In Language Arts students wrote in their journals and completed a couple of worksheets on letter W.
In Math, students completed a worksheet on numeracy skills.
In the next couple of weeks we will be doing science experiments during our UOI time.
Today we did the "Sink or Float?" experiment.
Ask your child what is a hypothesis. :)
Students conclusion was that size is not important, what is important is the material each item is made of. That will define if it will sink or float.
Have a great evening everyone and Happy Birthday to Anthony!
Thank you for the delicious fruits Anthony!
