"The International Baccalaureate aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect. To this end the organization works with schools, governments and international organizations to develop challenging programmes of international education and rigorous assessment. These programmes encourage students across the world to become active, compassionate and lifelong learners who understand that other people, with their differences, can also be right."

Happy Thursday!

Today we began the day with morning circle time and healthy snacks.
Cayden enjoying his healthy snacks:)

In Language Arts we completed a page where students had to look at the pictures and circle the correct beginning sound.
In Math we had lost of hands on today! We used geoboards to produce shapes. Take a look at their creations.

As part of our Math centers we played a game today. Students were encouraged to count and place beads according to the number on the pipe cleaner. Great activity for hand eye co-ordination, counting skills, number recognition and fine motor skills.

In the afternoon we had our Learning Buddies. Today they helped JKs with the following: cutting skills, identify patterns, complete and continue a pattern.

Have a great long weekend JKs!
Cuddle lots and stay safe!
