"The International Baccalaureate aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect. To this end the organization works with schools, governments and international organizations to develop challenging programmes of international education and rigorous assessment. These programmes encourage students across the world to become active, compassionate and lifelong learners who understand that other people, with their differences, can also be right."

Happy Thursday!

Today we began the day with morning circle time, snacks, French and Drama classes.
In Language Arts we completed 2 types of activities. Older students worked on ending sounds today. We focused on ox and og. They were asked to cut and paste the marshmallows next to the correct word family. Take a look at Kareena's work:

For the younger students in the we worked on matching upper case with lower case. Take a look at Ninorta's work:
In Math we completed a worksheet where students had to count and circle the correct number of objects. Next we had fun hand printing with paint and counted to 100!
In the afternoon students attended Gym class, participated in centers and we had Learning Buddies with Gr. 5s.
Have a great evening everyone!
