"The International Baccalaureate aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect. To this end the organization works with schools, governments and international organizations to develop challenging programmes of international education and rigorous assessment. These programmes encourage students across the world to become active, compassionate and lifelong learners who understand that other people, with their differences, can also be right."

Happy Tuesday!

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!
Today we began the day with morning circle time and healthy snacks.
In Language Arts, students met our new animal friend for the week: Timmy Tiger.
This week students will learn name, sound and formation of T.
Students completed a worksheet where they traced, wrote and identified pictures that begin with the sound of T.
In Math we worked on numeracy skills. Students counted, wrote and represented number 7.
In our UOI we worked on a project that will take a couple of days to be done. Students drew their self-portrait, tomorrow they will color and the following day we will have a sharing time about "What my friends think of me?". I'll be writing the adjectives on their self portrait.
Students attended French and Gym classes today.
Have a great evening everyone!
