IMPORTANT


As St. Jude's keeps expanding policies and procedures must change to accommodate our growth. Starting today the After School Care sign in and out procedures will be changing to better suit the needs of the school. We found we have too much congestion in the hallway with students waiting to be signed in; this can pose a potential risk to our students. In order to combat this potential problem our new procedures are as follows: 

 
The school is open at 3:40 for pick up time within the classroom. At 3:45 teachers will take remaining students to the gym where they will line up (inside) in their classes and wait to be signed in. Parents we ask that you do not enter the gym at this time but rather wait at the gym entrance until Mrs. Smith or Ms. Rossi retrieves your student. 

 
We appreciate your cooperation and thank you in advance for being patient with us while we get into the swing of things with our new routine.
