"The International Baccalaureate aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect. To this end the organization works with schools, governments and international organizations to develop challenging programmes of international education and rigorous assessment. These programmes encourage students across the world to become active, compassionate and lifelong learners who understand that other people, with their differences, can also be right."

Changes

Dear Parents,
You are all doing a great job on dropping off your child in the Gym and leaving right away!
Please, continue doing that until they get used to our school/routine. I know it can be very hard for you, but it will work!
At the pick up time, I am available to chat about your child's day after I drop off all students at the after school care (3:45pm). Except on Mondays, as we have a staff meeting.
Following are some small changes that will make our routine better.
 - Shoes: in the morning, your child must wear the proper shoes (Mon. and Wed. - runners, Tues., Thurs. and Fri. - black shoes)
- Agendas: please put your child's agenda in the white bin, on top of the cubbies and always make sure you have the agenda at the pick up time.
- Water bottle: I like to keep their water bottles in the class, so they can have access at any time. Please, put your child's water bottle in the bin on top of their table.
 - Lunch containers: please, label all containers. If your child is missing any item, we have a green "Lost & Found" bin on top of our cubbies.
 - Uniform: please, label all uniform pieces.

Your co-operation is greatly appreciated!
Mrs. Padovan
