"The International Baccalaureate aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect. To this end the organization works with schools, governments and international organizations to develop challenging programmes of international education and rigorous assessment. These programmes encourage students across the world to become active, compassionate and lifelong learners who understand that other people, with their differences, can also be right."

Horay for Terry Fox!

Today we had a fun day!
We began our day with morning snacks and calendar routine. Then students attended French class with Mme. Stella and Arts with Miss. Patonick. After that we head out to the park nearby to run/walk for Terry Fox. JKs did a fantastic job! Thank you for all volunteers!
After running a couple of laps, students got to play in the playground at the park.
In the afternoon we tried to take it easy as students were very tired. So, we completed our journals and did some readiness skills work (cutting, pasting, tracing on lines).
To finish off the day, students attended Gym class with Mr. Browning.
Have a great evening and a great night of sleep! :)
