"The International Baccalaureate aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect. To this end the organization works with schools, governments and international organizations to develop challenging programmes of international education and rigorous assessment. These programmes encourage students across the world to become active, compassionate and lifelong learners who understand that other people, with their differences, can also be right."

Great Day!

Today we began the day with snacks and morning circle time.
Students then practiced their data management skills by sorting math manipulatives.
After that we finger painted fall trees using fall colors.

Today we had our first Reading Buddies of the year. Miss. Tackaberry's class (gr. 5) are going to be our reading buddies for the year. Twice a month they will visit our class.
In the afternoon we had our "Try a Bite" party. Most of students were Open Minded and tried a little bit of everything.
Have a great evening everyone and thank you so much for all the snacks today!
It makes a big difference when parents get involved!!! :-)
