What a great day!
We start off our day with morning circle time and healthy snacks.
In Language Arts we reviewed name, sound and formation for letters u, i and e. Students are having difficult forming lower case e, please reinforce that at home. Students then completed a worksheet on upper and lower case e.
In Math we worked on number 3 today. Students were encouraged to count, write and represent number 3.
In our UOI we made a self portrait and talked more about our bodies and how to keep it healthy.
Students attended Gym, Arts and French classes today.
Have a great evening everyone and enjoy the sun!
*Mrs. Padovan's tip: check the blog along with your child and go through the pictures and events. You will give an opportunity for your child to revisited and retell what they learned throughout the day!
"The International Baccalaureate aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect. To this end the organization works with schools, governments and international organizations to develop challenging programmes of international education and rigorous assessment. These programmes encourage students across the world to become active, compassionate and lifelong learners who understand that other people, with their differences, can also be right."
